SHIPPING & DELIVERY
At NIYAMO EXPORTS, our products are handcrafted to order with a production time of approximately 6 – 7 weeks. Once the order is shipped, the shipment from the Indian sea-port to the buyer’s nearest container sea-port typically takes 15 – 21 days to reach.
Nothing we create is off the shelf, but from the heart and hence products can be customized easily.
We offer our products B2B to dealers & retail shop owners at reasonable prices.
The prices mentioned in the catalogues are C.I.F (cost + insurance + sea-freight to the nearest port). At each stage you will be updated about the progress through WhatsApp, mail or telephonic calls. Once the products reach the nearest port, you are responsible to arrange a freight forwarder to make the custom clearance and deliver the products to your warehouse. In case you are unable to arrange a freight forwarder of your own, then we can help you to arrange a freight forwarder.
WARRANTY
At NIYAMO EXPORTS, each product is diligently crafted by hand and each product is unique. The character of our products simply cannot be replicated.
The products are shipped under insurance.
In case there is a making fault we promise to provide a new product in the next order without any cost. If any product with shipment damage is delivered, please submit a complaint about such defect along with photos and videos. Contact NIYAMO EXPORTS immediately, we will be able to submit claims against the damage to the Insurance company.
If you are unhappy over any issue, please let me know. I will find a fair resolution to make you a happy buyer. The core belief of NIYAMO EXPORTS is that we want a business relationship with our buyers for life and not for a transaction.

NIYAMO EXPORTS do not offer machine – manufactured perfection, no two pieces are exactly alike. We celebrate the true uniqueness of every piece of products built and finished by our artisans.
Product specification: We make every effort to accurately display products in our product catalogues with specifications. Minor variations in size and shape may occur, as our products are hand made to order.
MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY
At NIYAMO EXPORTS, we do not impose a total minimum order quantity (MOQ) for our esteemed buyers. We also supply less than container load (LCL). It is up to the buyer to decide upon the minimum quantity to place the order for sea-shipment.
PAYMENT
Unless otherwise specified, the payment against the order is advance. The bank details of NIYAMO EXPORTS will be provided along with pro-forma invoice through e-mail from the official company e-mail id. However, if the buyer requests, the advance payment can be split into 2 equal parts. 50% of the advance is along with the order and 50% of the advance is before the shipment.
PERSONAL DATA
The processing of the buyer’s personal data is necessary for the fulfillment of the transaction to which the buyer is a party and the transaction is carried out at the request of the buyer. Personal data are secured and are not shared or made available to any third party/person.
RIGHT TO MODIFY
NIYAMO EXPORTS reserves the right but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We many exercise this right on a case – by – case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product or service we offer. All description of products or product pricing are subjected to change anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of NIYAMO EXPORTS. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
